How to request the removal of your account data

At Deenx Consultancy, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you decide to stop using our WhatsApp API bulk messaging panel (app.deenxconsultancy.com) and want your details deleted, you can request full data removal by following the steps below.

Which Information Will Be Deleted?

When we purge your account, we delete all associated data from our active databases, including:

  • Your account credentials (name, email, password, and contact numbers).
  • Meta integration settings (stored API user access tokens, WABA IDs, and phone number IDs).
  • Contact lists, custom variables, and uploaded phone numbers.
  • Temporary delivery reports, message status logs, and historical dashboard statistics.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request permanent data deletion, you do not need to navigate complex dashboards. Simply send a quick email to our support team:

1. Write to us at: asif.deenx@gmail.com or info@deenx.com.

2. Subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Account Username].

3. In the body of the email, please specify:

  • The registered email address associated with your dashboard.
  • The registered contact number or WhatsApp Business number connected to the panel.

Process and Timeline

Once we receive your email, we follow a secure verification process:

  1. Verification: We will verify that the deletion request matches the account owner's email. We do this to prevent unauthorized deletions. This verification takes 24–48 hours.
  2. Permanent Erasure: Once confirmed, our database administrators will delete all user logs, profiles, and API tokens. Any credentials connecting your panel to Meta APIs will be immediately disconnected and wiped.
  3. Exceptions: We do not delete historical billing records or invoices as we are legally required to keep them for accounting and tax audits.
  4. Confirmation: The entire process is finished within 30 days. We will send you a final email to confirm that your account and metadata have been permanently removed.

Please Note: Data deletion is permanent. Once wiped, we cannot restore your contact lists, templates, or delivery history. Please make sure to download any report files you need before requesting deletion.
